Submission Instructions

All papers are invited. Authors may submit either a full paper of up to 12 pages or an extended abstract of up to 6 pages to <jp.martin-flatin@cern.ch> or <slow@caltech.edu>. Only electronic submissions in PDF or Postscript formats will be accepted.

There will not be formal proceedings. Slides, abstracts, and final versions of papers or extended abstracts will be posted on the Web. Original contributions will be considered for a special issue of a journal guest-edited by the two co-chairs as a follow-up to this workshop.
